These Terms govern access to and use of the Agric360 digital platform, including the centralized farmer registry, programme tools, dashboards, analytics services, and related infrastructure.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agric360's digital agricultural infrastructure platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Institutional users must have appropriate authorization to bind their organization.
Accounts and registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Permitted use
You may use Agric360 for lawful agricultural coordination, farmer identification, programme delivery, and related institutional purposes as specified in your subscription or agreement.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Use the platform for fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices
Intellectual property
All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Agric360 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Fees and payment
Subscription fees and payment terms are as specified in your service agreement or pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons. You may terminate your account by contacting us, subject to contractual obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agric360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
