Youth Agricultural Leadership & Innovation Initiative
A structured Agric360 initiative focused on expanding youth participation, visibility, and coordinated engagement across agriculture.
Overview
Across many communities, young people are already contributing to agriculture as farmers, coordinators, and service actors. What is often missing is a clearer structure that supports their participation, growth, and long-term visibility.
This initiative is positioned to respond to that need through a more organised pathway within Agric360. It is being introduced to support youth engagement in a way that is practical, traceable, and aligned with real agricultural activity.
The focus is straightforward: help more young people enter, participate, and grow within a stronger agricultural support system.
